The first year of Savigon
Looking back, I have made a good start. This month, I am celebrating the first year of existence of Savigon Management & Development. As Chief on Demand, Advisor and Coach, I contributed to various manufacturing companies and universities.
Examples of the services I provide after a first year as a Savigon are:
Defining and implementing a turnaround strategy. As Chief on Demand, I am the responsible general manager of a local branch of an international company. I am part of the team for as long and as much time per week as is needed to make the initiated changes happen.
Sharing best practices of B2B sales management. From experience I support the management and sales teams to understand the business from their customer's perspective by hands-on facilitation of improvement processes. By proposing an approach that has proven its value elsewhere.
Developing a servitization strategy and concept. Applying the servitization theory in practice. Helping executives and teams to get servitization done. With a practical and pragmatic approach. What is relevant? What is feasible? And above all: where to start?
Coaching and mentoring of MSc students. Sharing experience with an ambitious new generation. Reflecting with them on how to use knowledge in practice.
Hands-on support for manufacturing companies and education
This first year was also a test. Would my wish to combine projects at manufacturing companies with teaching at universities come true? That test seems to have succeeded. In fact, the combination is very valuable to me as well as my customers.
I am therefore looking forward to continuing the adventure this year as an independent Chief on Demand with existing and with new clients, and to supporting students as a teacher/coach.
